Middle School band students auditioned this Fall for an opportunity to participate in the SCIBA MS Honors Band concert. The following students were selected and performed at Ankeny Centennial High School at the November 6 concert: Eli Ebeling, Abbey Bogaards, Eli Burrows, Piper Eighmy, Zack Neuman, Eilsabeth Pumphrey, Jacob Rietveld, Penelope Shriver.
Pella Middle School hosted the South Central String Orchestra Festival Saturday, November 3, with guest Conductor: Ann Osborne from Cedar Falls. Close to 120 student in 7-8 grades from Pella, Oskaloosa, and Ottumwa participated in a day of rehearsal followed by a concert.
