Welcome to Little Dutch Academy! We are excited that you are here! Early childhood education is the foundation for the rest of your child’s schooling, and we will do everything we can to make sure it is a fantastic experience! The focus of preschool is learning routines and expectations, learning how to regulate emotions, and learning the beginning skills in all academic areas. Our wrap-around care classrooms will build upon and support the preschool environment in a nurturing setting. Our goal is to provide an environment where each child falls in love with school!

The first 2,000 days of a child’s life are a critical time for learning. Nearly 90% of brain growth happens during this time. We understand how important it is to provide an environment that supports and nurtures the child. When our youngest learners are exposed to age-appropriate learning experiences, many opportunities for play, and nurturing relationships, they are better prepared for learning and building the foundational skills to be successful in school and life.

Strong school and family relationships are crucial in a student’s success. There will be many opportunities to engage with your preschooler, both at home and in our center -we hope you can join us! We can’t wait to partner with you this year and help your child thrive!
