News Jaarsma Bakery Brings Hands-On Learning to Middle School FCS Students
Published on October 9, 2026Carl and Lisa Larson, owners of Jaarsma Bakery, visited our middle school FCS students to share what it takes to run a bakery and talk about the different types of products they sell. Students participated in a taste test featuring different dough types and tested their strength by seeing if they could carry a 50-pound bag of flour!
