News Preschoolers Get a Sneak Peek at PreK & Kindergarten Life
Published on April 13, 2026This spring the 4 year old preschool classrooms are doing a study on what to expect in PreK and Kindergarten next year. There will be many differences to what “school” looks like, this unit provides a great opportunity to talk about what will be similar and what will be different next year. On Friday, one of the things they explored is what “specials” will be like as well as going through a line to pick up snack and practice saying their name. They got to rotate classrooms and experience PE, art, music, and library. We even had two guests join us for the morning – Mr. Randy and Miss Katie!
