Congratulations to Superintendent Greg Ebeling on receiving the 2021 Iowa Bandmasters Association Outstanding Administrator Award!
The Iowa Bandmasters Association annually selects three administrators who are nominated by their band director to receive this award; one is selected at the Middle School, High School, and Superintendent levels. These administrators exhibit leadership traits that support the growth and success of the band programs, students, directors, and school communities.
Mr. Ebeling was nominated by our HS band director, Dameon Place. His nomination letter recognized that “Greg leads with confidence, kindness and passion for students. He is confident in his decision making capabilities, but he also seeks input from all stakeholders. During his time he has built incredible relationships within the community of Pella.”
Mr. Ebeling will be recognized with his award at the Iowa Bandmasters Awards Virtual Banquet at the 94th annual conference on May 15th, 2021.
