News Jefferson Intermediate Hosts Annual Veterans Day Program

On November 10th Jefferson Intermediate School hosted our annual Veterans Day performance. Over 400 people attended this event to honor our Veterans. Students worked two and a half months to get this program prepared. The Jefferson Community Events/Appreciation SALT group worked hard to put together a banner for our Veterans and were a huge help to the success of the morning.
“This event is one of our favorite activities every year. Fourth and fifth grade students sang some songs, read some essays and asked Veterans some questions. It was a very meaningful event for our students and Veterans.”
