News Exciting Summer Opportunity for Students: Professional Development Experience + $150 Stipend

ATTN: Pella High School students – Attend any or all of three 3-hour local career prep sessions this summer and earn $50 each!

Employers want to help local high school students think about and prepare for any future career, and will pay each student $50 per session to participate! Active group sessions will focus on professional presence, communication and active listening, time management, finances and goal setting.  Why?…to give any age high school student confidence and employability skills for life after classes.  Sessions are in Knoxville and Pella – see flyer for details.

Participants will attend three professional development sessions—one held at Weiler and two at Central—and receive a $150 stipend upon completion.

Limited availability: Only 50 spots are available. Registration is likely to be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Required forms: Students must complete both the registration form and the waiver—each available at separate links—to be fully enrolled.
