Sarah Johnson

Hello! My name is Sarah Johnson. I am a Central College graduate. I first taught 5th grade near Des Moines for a few years before my husband and I started our family. After staying home when our kids were little, I returned to the classroom and have been teaching in Pella since 2022, first as a substitute teacher and then in 4th grade since 2023. When I’m not at school, you can find me cheering on our 5 kids at their various activities – football, soccer, marching band, choir, baseball, basketball and dance, just to name a few. I also enjoy baking, going on walks with our golden retriever and spending time with family. I love teaching in Pella and being a part of this special community.
