Mrs. Van Zante was a former English teacher turned counselor. She became a counselor back in 2022, serving 3 years at Colfax-Mingo before moving home to Pella, from which she was a graduate in 2011. She and her husband love to be outside with their two boys, traveling, reading, and attending Hawkeye athletics.
