Before becoming the Activities Director, I taught and coached at Pella Middle School from 2014 to 2025. During that time, I also served as the Middle School Athletic Director and Student Success Coordinator. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Northwestern College in Orange City and later completed my Master’s Degree in Education through Graceland University and Northwestern College.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Hope, and our children, Addison, Emeri, and Nathan. As a family, we enjoy being outdoors, attending activities, and creating memories together.

I am passionate about serving as an Activities Director and support our students as they pursue their passions in various education-based activities.
