I began working as a school counselor for Pella Schools in 2014. My education includes a BA in psychology from Northwestern College and a MSE in professional school counseling from Buena Vista University. I previously worked at Central College as a coordinator for the college access programs Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search.

My husband Scott also works for Pella Schools and we have three children: Henry, Evelyn, and Miles. I enjoy gardening, cooking, volunteering at church, and spending time with family.
