Hello! My name is Apryl, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Pella High School community. I grew up outside of the Ottumwa area and attended William Penn University. I began my career teaching middle school special education in Davenport in 2019 and transitioned to the high school level here at Pella in 2026. My goal is always to create an engaging, supportive environment where students feel challenged and inspired to learn. Outside of the classroom, I am an avid reader and enjoy DIY projects and crafts. I have also been sharing my home with my cat, whom I adopted in 2023. I am looking forward to a great year of learning together!
