Special Education Teacher
- Student Resources (Jefferson Intermediate)
I grew up in Hampton and graduated from Hampton-Dumont Community Schools. After graduation, I attended the University of Northern Iowa and studied elementary education and behavior. After graduation, I taught special education in Knoxville for 9 years. I stayed home with my 2 children before returning to education. I joined the Pella Schools in 2015.
My husband, Boyd, and I live outside of town with our 2 children. We stay busy with our daughter and son’s activities, farming, and operating an archery shop. I also enjoy baking, reading, and camping with my family.
I enjoy working with students of all abilities and seeing each and everyone have success!
