Students in grades 1st through 6th are welcome. Children will work on proper singing technique, reading music, and perform a variety of styles of choral music. The Pella Children’s Choir has local performances as well as performances in the Metro area with the other Iowa Youth Chorus groups.

Each year Pella High School students have the unique opportunity to participate in the NASA Space Settlement Design Competition. If you are interested in a STEM related career especially engineering this is a wonderful opportunity for you to experience an engineering simulation.

Auditions for the Missoula Children's Theatre show, Hercules, will be held at the Pella Opera House on Monday, Feb. 3, 3:45-5:45 pm. No pre-registration is required. Rehearsals will be after school throughout the week with shows on Friday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 and Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10:30.
