Activity Results:

• Congratulations to the Singfest Choir group on a great day and wonderful performance at Central College on Tuesday. Thanks for sharing your talents!

Reminders:

• There is a basket in the office for collecting laundry supplies for Operation Share the Load.
• 7th PE will be going outside today and tomorrow, weather permitting. Be prepared with proper shoes and clothing for cooler weather and being off hard surfaces.
• Today is the Healthiest Initiative Walk. We will all be participating by walking during our lunch recess time. Have your tennis shoes on and ready to go outside to walk.
• 8th grade students: tomorrow is Manufacturing day at Pella Corporation, please be sure to have your permission slips signed and turned in.
• Your Student Council would like to invite you to wear PINK on Thursdays in October. This is in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Hope to see you wearing pink tomorrow!
• THANK YOU to all who willingly donated money, DVDs, and wore pjs in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. A total of over $500 was raised to give support, information, and services to families going through one of the toughest fights of their life. Your support was much appreciated because KIDS CAN’T FIGHT CANCER ALONE! Thanks again.
