Activity Results:

• Congratulations to the Lady Dutch on an outstanding track season. The 7th grade were Little Hawkeye Conference Champions, and the 8th grade placed 5th in the conference. There was a school record set by Andrea VanHeukelom in the 100M Hurdles. Well done ladies!

Reminders:

• 8th Grade Football players: there will be a Freshman football meeting with Coach McKinstrey in the cafeteria on Thursday, May 12 during 10th period.
• Calling all musicians! Digital Media is currently putting together this year’s digital yearbook. They are seeking musicians to play or sing background music. If you would like to share your talent this way, please see Mrs. Knight this week.
• Attention 8th grade girls that are playing high school volleyball next fall, you will have a meeting this Friday, 10th hour in Mrs. Brand’s room. Check in with your study hall teacher first. Please bring your computer and your summer contact information. If you can not attend the meeting, see Coach Brand sometime this week.
• Talent show acts will be previewed during 10th period in the band room both Monday, May 16 and Thursday, May 19. If you would like to participate in the talent show, please plan to bring everything you will need for your performance including music, instruments, and props those days.
• For those 7th and 8th grade track athletes interested in helping at the state track meet, you will meet with Mr. Wilson during your lunch periods today. He will give you all the information about helping out at the state track meet.
• The student council meeting has been moved from Wednesday 10th period to Thursday 10th period.
• After School Study Hall will be in the library today.
