Today’s Lunch: Nachos grande

Congratulations to the boys track teams in their dominating wins last night in 7th & 8th grade! Over 160 personal records were set & 21 new top ten marks were made. Great job boys!

A special shout out to the 2 new schools records that were set last night.

4×200 Relay: Carter Davis, Emmanuel Diers, Nate Warner, & Avery Hewitt

Shuttle Hurdle Relay: Nile Roe, Dane Paulsen, Blake DeHeus, Jack McGuire

 

REMINDERS:

-Due to the 8th grade field trip today, 5th and 6th periods will be swapped today. 7th grade will eat lunch first, then 8th grade.

 

-Girls track will be dismissed at 2:45 to leave for their meet in Oskaloosa. Good luck!

 

-CALLING ALL PERFORMERS:  There will be a Student Talent Showcase Wednesday, May 26. With two separate grade-level performances. 7th grade in the morning and 8th grade in the afternoon.

We welcome singers, dancers, musicians, poets, actors, artists, and more.  Get together with some friends from your grade or practice a solo act.  We are also looking for students who would like to emcee the show, either solo or with a friend.  All acts, both performing and emcee, will be previewed by a teacher panel during 10th period and after school starting Wednesday, May 12 with callbacks during the week of Monday, May 17 as needed.  All lyrics and content of acts must have prior approval.  A sign-up sheet will be in the office. Sign up by the end of the day, Monday, May 10. See Mrs. Brand or Mrs. Bjustrom with questions.
