-The Lady Dutch ran to a first place finish in the state on Saturday in Ankeny with a score of 35 points. The girls were led by: Maechen Cowman in 2nd, Jewel Snieder 4th, Jo VandeVoort 5th, Elli Hardman 11th, Georgia Ferebee 13th, Lydia Brock 38th, and Ruthi Schucknecht 50th, with Clara Punt, Reagan Hesseltine and Kate Gaulke following.
Boys ran to a 9th place state finish in 3A. Running for the Dutch were: Kalon Browne, Cameron Punt, Isaac Hauck, Jaceton Birkenholtz, and Trevor Langner.
