Today’s lunch:  BBQ chicken sandwich or hot dog  Monday:  Italian meatball sub or breaded chicken sandwich

Activity Results:

-Good work 7th grade volleyball players! Some excellent volleys and energy led to a split with Oskaloosa last night. 8 wins and 8 losses.

-The boys finished in 3rd place at the Little Hawkeye Conference XC Meet last night.  The top runners were Drew VanHauen, Tyler Reynolds, Evan Buckingham, Gavin Tierney, Dakota Schippers, Jared Bruxvoort, Jordan Buma, AJ Furr and Nathan Leathers.  The girls finished their season as Little Hawkeye Conference Champs!  They beat Norwalk in a tie breaker.  Way to go girls!  The top runners were Whitley Poulter, Makayla Kruse, Caroline McMartin, Elsie Thoreson, Hailey Kowzan, Sarah Davis-Kovarick, Ellie Roorda and Maggie Renaud.

Remember:

-Good luck to the cross country students who will be running in the Washburn Classic tomorrow!

-8th graders who missed the mile run last Friday will run it 10th hour today.  Please see Mrs. Belding with questions.

-Architecture students please remember to share your presentation on Google or Moddle BEFORE your class period.

-The “We CAN, CAN you? Challenge” is here.  The 7th grade volleyball team and their fans challenge the 8th graders and their fans to show support for their team through donations to the Pella Food Shelf.  Cheer on your team by coming to the last home game of the season and bringing a donation for the food shelf.  Eighth graders will collect items and play on Thursday and the awesome, fantastic and wonderful 7th graders will collect and play at home on Monday!  8th graders, CAN you beat the 7th graders?
