Announcements:

–Welding class will be held in the Weld Shop today.

-A reminder that guest forms for the winter formal dance are due today.  Winter Formal is this Saturday at the high school from 8:30-11:30.  Admission is $5 at the door.

Activities:

-Congratulations to Pella’s 11/12 concert band and Jazz 1 for being selected to perform at the IBA conference in May. To have both bands selected to perform from the same school is an unprecedented accomplishment! Congratulations on your incredible work!

-Everyone is invited to All City Speech Night tomorrow, Thursday January 25th. The program starts at 7 pm in the auditorium, and all of the Pella High and Pella Christian Speech events will perform. Events include improv, musical theatre, ensemble acting and more. A free will donation will be accepted at the door. 

–If you are interested in intramural basketball, please email Mr. Thorson or Ryan Sales.   If you have filled out the google form you do not need to email.

-There will be a boys track preseason meeting in the library on Friday, January, 26th at 3:30 PM.

-Congrats to the boys and girls basketball teams on their wins over Des Moines North on Monday.

-Good luck to the bowling team as they compete in Pleasant Hill. Bowlers are dismissed after 4th period.
