Announcements:

-A representative from Lipscomb University will be in the commons over lunch today to visit with students.  Stop by and say Hello!

-The informational meeting and kick off event for Best Buddies is tonight at 6:30 in the library.  Refreshments will be provided.  If you’re interested or curious to know more about the Best Buddies program, come join us!  We’re excited to show the school and community what it’s all about. 

-Seniors – If you plan to go to college after high school, applying to a college by October is a good goal! Please check your emails for one from Mrs. Manning with some important information about financial aid and scholarship opportunities.  Stop by the counseling office if you need help with applications or have questions regarding your next steps after high school!

-Juniors and Seniors –  Please check your emails for one from Mrs. Manning regarding a college fair at Central College on October 8th. This is a great opportunity to learn more about colleges around the area! Stop in the counseling office if you have questions!

-Due to a tennis meet, the tennis court parking lot will be closed and unavailable for student parking, tomorrow, Wednesday, September 17th.  Please plan on finding alternative parking.

Activities:

-Congrats to the freshmen football team on their win over PC last night.

-Good luck to the girls swim team as they compete today. Girls swim is dismissed after 7th period.

-Good luck to the volleyball teams as they travel to Oskaloosa tonight.
