Announcements 

There will be a short meeting in room 2007 Wednesday, March 20, at 5:30 for all those going on Mr. Hancock and Mr. Rasmussen’s Europe Trip this summer.

Juniors and Seniors: The ISU representative will be visiting PHS on Thursday. Juniors, please stop in the library at Noon on Thursday to ask any questions about visiting ISU, your major of interest or any other questions you may have. Seniors, please stop in the counseling office to visit with the ISU representative to help narrow your search or to answer any of your questions about attending ISU this fall.

Seniors & Juniors – check your email for the prom dinner reservation form. Please select one member of your group to make the reservation. Friday is the last day to submit your reservation. Questions can be directed to Mrs. Van Norden or Mrs. Grandia.

Mrs. Arndt is offering an ACT Math Prep course for those taking the ACT this coming April. The dates for this course are April 1, 8 & 11 from 6:00-9:00 pm and the cost is $35.00. Juniors interested in taking this course can check their email for the form to sign up.

Any Speech Team members who want to attend All State at UNI on Monday please sign up on-line or on the door of room 2006.

The Improv Show is Thursday at 7, Friday at 7, Saturday at 7 and 8:30. Our teacher show is on Saturday at 7 and stars Jacob Bowers, Mark Solomon, Sheri Roslien, Dak Rasmussen, Dameon Place and Nathan Mastbergen.

Athletics

Any students needing volunteer hours please stop in the athletic office.  We are looking for a scoreboard operator and game announcer for the spring season.

The Girls Track team performed well last night at the ISU indoor. Roselande Vanderhoff finished 5th out of 135 runners in the 60 meter dash, the 4×1 finished 4th out of 56 teams from all classes, the Sprint Med was 5th out of 69 and the 4×8 was 9th out of 53 teams.
