Announcements:

-“Miss Iowa – Alysa Gothe – will be here for lunch today to visit about the Miss Iowa Scholarship Program.”

-Seniors- Please turn in your senior quotes for the yearbook by Friday in Ms. Blanton’s classroom (room 2002).

-The representative from DMACC is here today. Please stop in the guidance office if you need anything.

Activities:

-The Marching Dutch are hosting State Marching this Saturday, October 14 and will need all available parking in and around the high school, so please remove your vehicles after the football game on Friday. Teams who are traveling on Saturday will need to find alternative parking.

-Wrestling Cheer tryouts will be held after school on Thursday, October 19. Anyone interested in trying out can sign up in the main office.

-Good luck to the varsity volleyball team as they travel to Newton for the Conference Meet. Please dismiss varsity volleyball players after 7th period.

-Good luck to the Orchestra students at their concert tonight.
