Students & staff who participated in growing “PINK PUMPKINS” for breast cancer research, please contact Mr. Bowers or an FFA member to schedule a time to bring the pink pumpkins to the Ag Room in the Career academy. All proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Research, and there are prizes for:
- Biggest Pumpkin
- Heaviest Pumpkin
- Most Pumpkins
- Pinkest Pumpkin

Reminder to 9th grade football players – meet at Faith Church after school if available for the public service project.
Results:
- Varsity and JV volleyball teams defeated Grinnell and freshman lost.
- Girls swimming at Johnston had Samantha Hedrick placing first in the medley relay, 3rd in 200 freestyle relay and 200 meter and 400 free relay. Madeline Webb placed 3rd in the Medley relay, 100 freestyle and 400 free relay. Lindsey Blommers placed 4th in the medley relay, 2nd in the 100 meter breaststroke
