Simon Estes is coming to Pella Tuesday night for a concert. He is quite a fabulous singer and known world-wide! Tickets are FREE, but mandatory. We were completely sold out, but a few parents have recently turned in some tickets. If you would like to see him, please stop by Mrs. Chaplin’s office for a ticket!
All-State choir auditions were this weekend in Indianola. We had 10 students who were recalled and they were: Lexi DeJong, Lexy Hutchinson, Abby Peterson, Emma Anderson, Kaylin Vos, Brayton Douma, Noah Chaplin, Sam Sharp, Jarod Martens, and Michael Schildroth. Three students were selected into All-State Choir and they were: Jon VanWyk, Abigail Peterson and Jarod Martens. Congrats to all musicians who participated on Saturday!
Congratulations to Katelyn Bonham on trumpet, Adam Smart on euphonium for being accepted into the All-State Bandand Bellara Huang for being accepted into the All-State Orchestra.
