-The fall show, Anne of Green Gables, is this week! Come on out and see this heartwarming story. Shows are Thursday at 7 or Saturday at 2 pm or 7 pm. Tickets on sale at pellaschools.org/productions. 

-Seniors- Pella Publications will be taking your photos for the yearbook tomorrow,  Tuesday, October 28 from 11:45 to 3:25 in Mr. Brandt’s room (room 1213).

Activities:

-Best Buddies meets tonight from 6:30-8 in room 1406 for our match party!  Join us for some fall fun and find out who your buddy will be!  See you tonight!

-Congratulations to the Duchess Staff, who received 21 individual awards for design, writing, and photography from the Iowa High School Press Association.

-Congratulations to all of the students from Pella High School who completed the all state audition process on Saturday! Being selected to the all state band, orchestra, or choir is an incredible honor reserved for the top 3 percent of all high school musicians in Iowa.

   – Kyler Lyons was selected to play string bass in the all state band.

   -Selected to the all state band: Leah Boualavong, Isaac Steenhoek, Abby Kalkwarf, Jaeda Van Zante, Noah VandeKieft and Olivia White

   -Selected to the all state choir: Joeley Helle, Abbie Brand, Abby Hietbrink, Milo Van Haaften, Riley Black, Chase Swenson, Malachi Van Haaften, and Trace Hopkins.

-Congrats to the volleyball team on their win over Knoxville last Thursday. 

-Congrats to the football team on their win over Grinnell last Friday.

-There is an informational girls bowling meeting today at 6 PM in the commons for those interested in participating this winter.
