Announcements:

-Lost and found items have been placed outside of the main office.  Any items not claimed by next Wednesday will be donated.

-A reminder that there will be a meeting for iLead representatives TODAY during 

iLead A in the auditorium.

-The GSA welcomes all LGBTQ+ and allied students and staff to their first meeting tomorrow, Tuesday the 15th during iLearn A in room 1208.

-A representative from Iowa State University will be here tomorrow, October 15, in the commons over lunch.

-A Reminder for students who are taking the PSAT on Wednesday: please arrive no later than 8:00 AM in the media center with your charged computer. We will begin promptly at 8:15. 

Activities:

-Congrats to the volleyball team as they won their tournament on Saturday. 

-Congratulations to the Marching Dutch for their incredible performance at Valleyfest Saturday night! The band won best hornline, best percussion, best color guard, best soloist for Aidan Smith on soprano sax, and best marching. The band won first place in class 3A and was the highest scoring band at the contest in the field of 21 bands! The band will be in performance this weekend at PC High school Saturday morning at 10:15, and at Ankeny Stadium at the Mid-Iowa Band Championships that night at 6:45!

-Good luck to the JV Football team as they host DCG tonight. 

-Good luck to the cross country teams as they compete at conference tonight. Cross country is dismissed after 6th period.

-Good luck to the debate team.
