Ethan Vance and Grace Larson have been nominated to represent the senior class at the 2018 commencement exercises.  Congratulations to Ethan and Grace.

Show choir auditions for next year’s show choirs will be held next TuesdayWednesday, and Thursday.  Please sign up on the choir room door if you are interested!  Also, we are looking for band members for the show band!

Government AP students: Your US Government and Politics AP test is this Thursday at 8:00, meaning you should arrive at 7:45. The test will be given in the back rooms of the library. You will need a number 2 pencil and a blue or black ink pen; please do not bring your phones.

Students from Thespians who are going to the Capitol today need to meet immediately after sixth hour at the front doors.

Congratulations to your new Student Body President and Vice-President Elizabeth Sales and Olivia VanderLeest.

Student Council is hosting a bake sale this Thursday and Friday during smart lunch. Cookies will be sold 3 for $1, Brownies 3 for $2, and Cupcakes 3 for $3. All proceeds will go towards Puerto Rican families that were affected by Hurricane Maria. Thanks for the support!

Athletics

Attention Football Players:  There will be a meeting for everyone planning on playing football next fall on Wednesday, May 9, at 7:40 a.m., in the Media Center back room.  If you are unable to make it, please see Coach McKinstrey for info.

Attention volleyball players: If you are wanting to play volleyball next fall, there will be a meeting tomorrow morning at 7:15 in the lunchroom. We will be talking about camp and summer schedules. Please bring your laptop. Let Coach Brand know if you cannot attend the meeting or have any questions.

The Girls Track team brought home first place at their home Coed last night. The Lady Dutch had 15 athletes contribute 1st place performances to take the trophy.
