Seniors – don’t forget to vote for one guy and one girl to speak at graduation, last day to vote!

Come to Carnaby Club 2015!  We have singing!  We have dancing!  We have amazing feats of death defying aerial stunts!  OK, that last part about the stunts isn’t entirely true.

Carnaby Club 2015 is this Friday and Saturday starting at 7:30 p.m. in the West Gym.  $5 will get you in the door and you will be amazed by the fantastic talent here at Pella High School.  Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

Good luck to the shooting team as they compete in skeet and 5-stand tonight against Albia, North Mahaska and Newton.

The election for Student Body President and Vice-President will begin on Monday. Check you email for a ballot. Remember you may only vote once. Any extra ballots will be discarded.

There will be a preseason meeting for all softball players at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday May 5th  in the study hall room.  IF you are unable to attend this meeting please contact Krista DeMeulenaere.

The Lady Dutch Track team ran to a first place finish at the Tulip Time Relays last night. Three school records were broken by Lydia VanEe in the 100m hurdles, Annika Pingel in the 200m, and the Shuttle Hurdle team of Kiki Pingel, Corin McKinstrey, Emma Thoreson, and Lydia VanEe.

Congrats to the boys track and field team on a great 2nd place team finish at a very tough Grinnell meet last night. Garret Jansen with Discus set a new school record of 169 feet 2 inches. The team had three 1st place finishes and five  2nd place finishes.

Great job to the Pella girls golf winning the PCM Invitational.  They had seven of the top ten scores in the tournament, led by Aanna Roslien and  Camille Henry.  Anna Roslien tied for runner up medalist.
