As you head home for the day, don’t forget about NO MORE Week!  Show your support for the movement by wearing blue or the NO MORE Symbol tomorrow.  Visit the official website to download the symbol.

 

Students: Are you looking for a summer job?  Please see the ads placed on the wall by the front office drinking fountain and in the Career Academy. Job opportunities include: City of Pella, Town Crier and a Survey Assistant.  Check out the details on the ads!

 

Marion Country Fair Queen Applications are now available in the office.  The Marion Country Fair Queen Competition is open to girls ages 16-21 and offers a great way to practice interview skills and public speaking.  The Queen will go on to represent Marion County at the Iowa State Fair. Applicants DO NOT need to be members of 4-H or FFA.  Applications are due on Friday, May 6.  The Marion County Fair Queen Competition is scheduled for Saturday, July 9.

Spring cleaning?? The Pella Pride Clothing Drive is still going on till this Friday, March 11. Drop off your Pella shirts, sweatshirts, hats, shorts, jackets that are gently used and in good condition to Charma’s office located on your way to the auditorium.

 

Boys Golf will have a meeting today in room 600 at 1:45.  Sign up is in Charma’s office.

 

Results:

  • Varsity boys basketball defeated Perry and will play Xavier tomorrow at 8:15 p.m. Tickets will be on sale by the main office tomorrow starting at 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. The cost is $10.00 per person K-12 and adults.
