There will be an ACT workshop on March 5 and 6 at Pella HS from 6:30-9pm. Each night the workshop will provide helpful tips and strategies for taking the ACT test this spring. All of the subjects on the ACT test will be covered. Please stop in the guidance office for more details.
Battle of the Books meeting at 3:15 on Monday in Room 114.
The Pella High School Individual Events Speech team had a successful district contest at Tri-County High School. 27 of 38 entries will advance to State on March 15th. Congratulations to all who performed on Saturday!
Speech team practices will continue as scheduled unless students make changes on the on-line schedule or with a coach.
Also, any student advancing to State that needs a specific performance time on March 15th please see Mrs. Jones.
New member to the National Honor Society should get their self-evaluation essays to Mr. Core by the end of the day Tuesday.
Athletics
Boys Golf will have a meeting Thursday right after school at 3:20 in Coach Fessler’s room 425. The meeting will last 30 minutes. The sign up is in Charma’s office.
Girls Golf will have a meeting Wednesday right after school at 1:50 in room 113.
