Student Schedules: The last day to ADD a class to student schedules is Tuesday, January 13th.
Battle of the Books meeting today in room 114 at 3:15.
Congrats to both show choirs for their performances on Saturday at Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids. Bravo, our brand new mixed show choir, came home with the 2nd place trophy in their division, and AcaPella, our varsity show choir, brought home the 1st place trophy for class 3A. Their next competition is on Jan. 24 at Dallas Center-Grimes.
Winter Formal is this Saturday night from 9 to midnight in the cafeteria. Doors will close at11pm.
Speech team t-shirts are in – please pay Mrs. Jones in room 116 if you ordered. Speech team members should also check e-mail for some important information.
Athletics
Intramural basketball sign-ups are now available on the West Gym door. We will begin Tuesdayafter school with the pre-season.
There will be a short soccer meeting for boys who are not involved in a winter sport Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 in room 206.
Results:
Varsity girls and boys Basketball teams defeated Norwalk Friday night.
Wrestling placed 8th at the PCM Tournament on Saturday. JV wrestlers placed in their tournament at Des Moines East.
