-We wish everyone a happy spring break next week!

Activities:

-Everyone in the Improv show has rehearsal after school today in room 2006. See you then! 

-The PHS Individual Event Speech Team competes tomorrow at the State Contest at Vinton Shellsburg High School. The bus leaves from the Athletic doors at 5:30 AM tomorrow. 40 performances from the IE team are advancing to State – a school record. Team members should stop by room 2006 this morning for a goody bag and a locker sign. Break a leg, everyone! 

-The Girls Track Team ran well at the State Indoor Championship with 8 events placing. This was highlighted by Katie Scheckel’s 2nd place finish in the shot put and Lizzy VandeVoort’s 3rd place in the open 800.

-Congratulations to the boys track and field team on their Indoor State Championship yesterday.  The team had 4 meet champion events which included 3 new Meet Records.  1st Place: 4×800, Gaulke, Ebersole, Paulsen and Dunham, Shuttle Hurdle, O’Halloran, Finken, Johnson and VanDenBroek, 4×100, Kettler, Tallman, Johnson, Pleima, 3200 meters Canaan Dunham.  Congrats Guys!
