Good luck to the orchestra students as they head to Cedar Rapids tomorrow for the Jefferson Orchestra Invitational large group contest.
Thank you to everyone who auditioned for Carnaby Club 2015. There are many talented students here at Pella High! Results will be posted by 1:00 today and a sign up sheet will be available to reserve your sound check time on Thursday evening. Performances are on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2.
Calling all Pella students. Need extra service hours or just want to help? Sign up to pack meals with Kids Against Hunger this Saturday morning. Talk to Sara Aguilar, Mr. Bowers or any FFA members with any questions.
Athletics
Results:
- Girls Golf placed 3rd out of 11 teams at the Oskaloosa Invitational.
- Boys and girls Tennis both defeat Newton. Boys tennis had just seniors playing for their last home meet.
- Boys Golf came in third after losing a tie breaker to Oskaloosa but had Corey Elliott as meet medalist and Colton Bradley and Jack Meyer tied as runner ups.
