Each year, the Iowa Sports Foundation, awards a $1,000 scholarship to one female and one male junior who exemplify the spirit of Brian Pearson. Throughout the selection process, the applicant’s display of character and an emphasis on volunteering in school, church and community, as well as the degree of participation in Iowa Games events will be given consideration. For an application, see Mrs. Manning. Applications should be completed and submitted it by May 1, 2015.
We would like to congratulate all of the artists who participated yesterday at the Little Hawkeye Conference Art Day. Pella High School was well represented by 20 pieces of art work in the competitive show.

- Third place Ribbons were awarded to artwork by: Dani Brouillard, Tatyanna Khapochkina, Isaac Schrauben
- Second place Ribbons were awarded to artwork by: Rollins Kendell, Vee Yang
- First place Ribbons were awarded to artwork by: Paige Anderson, Tatyanna Khapochkina, Isaac Schrauben, Jessica Pottridge, Vee Yang
The entries are on display in the main office thru next week.

Early dismissals: Girls Tennis will dismiss at 3:05 and leave promptly at 3:15
Boys soccer will dismiss as 2:50 and the bus to leave at 3:00
