Lunch:      Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza or Fish Sandwich

Seniors  – please sign up for senior service day if you have not already. You can sign up online or in the office.  Parent permission is required.

On Tuesday, April 19, staff from The Well will be here during the lunch hour to share information about The Well Thrift Store and The De Scoop, the ice cream shop uptown that they will now be running. They are looking for volunteers who are willing to work at one or both sites during Tulip Time and/or this summer. You will be able to sign up to volunteer that day. If you’re seeking a fun way to earn hours, look for their table in the cafeteria and sign up!

Any student signed up to take the  AP test needs to come to a pre-administration session this Wednesday at 7:15 or 1:50. The meeting will be in the large istudy room. Bring a #2 pencil, and please be prompt.

If you are interested in auditioning for next year’s show choir, please sign-up on the choir room door.  Auditions are May 17-19.  Join the fun!

Next Monday, April 25,  Central College, Adam Carroll, author of Winning the Money Game, will be on campus providing a free workshop and keynote address on how to get money to pay for college and stay out of or pay off debt!

Seniors, If you have volunteered 50 hours by May 6, you will be acknowledged on May 11 during the Senior Awards Service. When your name is called for you to come on stage, you will then receive the Distinguished Service Cord that you will wear at graduation.

There was an error in the newsletter that went home to your parents. Please note – all hours are due by Monday, May 9.

As a courtesy to the parent volunteer who logs the hours for us, please try to turn in all hours by April 27. Those of you who will volunteer during Tulip Time can turn in those last few hours on the 6th. We do not want to inundate our volunteer with hours to log right before Senior Awards Night.
All students interested in joining Student Council for next year or Running for Student Body President/Vice President should see Mr. Rasmussen in Room 109 by Thursday.
