Don’t forget the 5th annual Improv show that starts on Thursday night at 7 pm. Only 3 dollars a show! More shows on Friday at 7 pm and on Saturday at 7 and 8:30. First ever TEACHER TEAM at 7 on SATURDAY. By Merlin’s beard, be in the audience!!!

 

“The National Honor Society will be starting their spring charity event on Thursday. Please bring in new or gently used socks to donate to homeless people in Des Moines. If you have an extra tent lying around your house, please think about donating that as well! Each pair of socks is worth 1 point and each tent is worth 15 points. The class with the most points will win a SWEET prize!”

 

Athletics

Results:

The Girls Track Team won the Pella Christian Invitational last night by claiming 12 first place finishes. The night was highlighted by the 4×200 and Sprint Medley both breaking meet records.

 

Congrats to the boys track team on a good win a Pella Christian meet last night with a combination of varsity and sub varsity athletes with 9 first places and 5 second place finishes.  Garret Jansen Shot put breaking his own school record by over 2 feet

 

The Girls Golf team won their meet against DCG.  Aanna Roslien was medalist for the meet, with Camille Henry as runner up.  The Dutch move to 3-0 in the conference.

 

Boys and Girls Soccer teams all defeated Grinnell.
