Brittany Buck

I was born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa, where I currently live with my family. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from William Penn University, where I was a member of the women’s soccer team, and later completed my master’s degree in Special Education at Morningside College.

My teaching career began at Twin Cedars (2012–2014), followed by Davis County (2014–2015), Ottumwa High School (2015–2018), Pella High School (2018–2022), and Pella Middle School, where I have been teaching since 2022.

In addition to teaching, I have coached soccer and wrestling at a variety of schools and programs throughout my career. I earned middle school coach of the year for wresting in 2025. I currently serve as the assistant coach for the Central College Women’s Wrestling team.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, powerlifting, soccer, wrestling, and taking walks. One of my personal accomplishments is achieving a 500-pound squat. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping things organized.
