Announcements:

-Student council is  hosting the Souper Bowl of Caring food drive from January 29 to February 6 to donate canned goods to the Pella food shelf. Please bring non-perishable and non-expired cans to the team-specific drop-off bins outside the athletic office.

Activities:

-Club America is having a meeting today during iLearn A in Mr. VanHauen’s room.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

-FCA is hosting a huddle tonight, after the basketball game in the senior lounge and secondary gym. There will be delicious food, games, and a speaker. We hope to see you all in the senior lounge after the game tonight!

-Beginning today, all students who sit in the student section for high school events are expected to follow the Little Hawkeye Conference Sportsmanship Expectations.  Any student who does not follow the expectations may be removed from the event and may be restricted from attending future events.  All students received an email that clearly outlined the behavior expectations.  Pella High School Administration thanks you for honoring Pella and our LHC expectations. 

-Good luck to the Pella High School Robotics team as they compete this Saturday in the Des Moines League Tournament and State Qualifying Meet!

-Good luck to the boys and girls basketball teams as they host Newton tonight.

-Good luck to the girls wrestling team as they compete today.  The girls wrestling team will be dismissed after 4th period.
