Announcements:

-A representative from the University of Iowa will be in the commons today over lunch to visit with students.  Stop by to say Hello!

-Please place your votes for homecoming king and queen by Monday morning at 8:00am.

-Hall Decorating for homecoming is today from 3:30-5:30!

-Next week is Homecoming Week! Please remember to keep all dress up outfits school appropriate.  Dress up days for Monday are: HoliDay for underclassmen and , Twas the Night Before Christmas for seniors.

-Guest forms for the homecoming dance are available in the office.  They are due back on Wednesday, October 1st.  You need to have a form filled out for any guest who is from a different school or has already graduated.  Guests may not be above the age of 20.

Activities:

-Good luck to the 9th grade and varsity football teams as they travel to Marion. 9th grade is dismissed at 1:25 and the varsity team is dismissed at 2:10 today.

Good luck to the girls tennis, girls swim and JV2 volleyball as they compete tomorrow.

-Good luck to the band as they perform at the Marching Dutch Invitational tomorrow.

-Please do not leave your car parked in the high school parking lot after the football game tonight or tomorrow morning if you are leaving for a competition.   All cars must be removed for the marching band invitational tomorrow.
