Lisa Schau

I grew up in northwest Iowa before attending Iowa State, where I got my degree in Early Childhood Education with an endorsement in Special education. My husband and I started our careers and our family in Minnesota, where I also attained my Masters in Education, along with my Reading Certification. After teaching and raising babies for a number of years, we started moved around with my husband’s job. From Minnesota we ventured out to Connecticut, followed by our first stop in Pella, then to Illinois, and finally back to Pella. I’ve been teaching here in Pella since our move in 2022. I love working with your children!!!

Outside of school, my favorite thing to do is spend time with our four kids, our dog, and my husband. We love to travel, cheer on Iowa State, play cards, and hang with our extended family/friends.
