I began teaching in Pella in 2016 and returned to the district in 2023. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Central College and my master’s degree from Northwestern College.
My husband, Josh, and I have four children, Jamison, Halen, Audika, and Elliana. We also have two pets, our dog, Henry, and our cat, Pumpkin. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, rollerblading, making art, and traveling.
I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days with our littlest learners. I love creating a classroom where every child feels loved, valued, and excited to come to school, while helping them build a love of learning that will stay with them for years to come.
