Students there is still time to register for the ZAPS ACT workshop next week. Stop in the counseling office for more information.

Tuesdays dress up participation winners were the Seniors followed by the juniors, sophomores and freshmen. Congratulations to Sam Burrows for first place, Hailey Kowzan for 2nd, Tori VanVark for 3rd, and Kaylin Vos for 4th.

Ms. Marinkovich had the best teacher door, followed by Ms. Yoder and Ms. Arndt.

Don’t forget if you are bringing a guest  to homecoming dance of Friday night, you must pick up a guest request form from the office and return by the end of the school day Friday. Dance is Friday night after the football game until midnight, $5 a person.

If you dressed up for Homecoming, please stop by the judges table in the commons during lunch to add point for your class.

Congratulations:

  • to the swim girls on defeating Perry and Oskaloosa last night and to  Lindsey Blommers on setting a new school record in the 100 breaststroke!!
  • to the volleyball teams on their victories over Oskaloosa and to Emily Holterhaus on her 1500 kills last night!
  • to the boys and girls cross country teams: Girls were Team Champions:  Caroline McMartin, Makayla Kruse, Abby Cutler, Chelsea Jorgensen, Ashley Blommers; Boys were Team Runner-Ups:  Josiah Wittenberg, Drew Van Hauen, Cutler Turner, Mason Johnston, Thomas Gaul
