School Registration

2017-18 online school registration will start March 1st – March 31st for both new and existing families.


New Students

  • You have no children currently enrolled in Pella Community Schools

Small Checkbox  Step 1 – Registration Process

  • Small Checkbox  Complete the online registration application available here. Questions? Contact our District Registrar.
  • Small Checkbox  Free/Reduced families should contact Connie Boldt (connie.boldt@pella.k12.ia.us) until we have the 17-18 Free/Reduced Application paperwork available.
  • Small Checkbox  You will be sent your Infinite Campus username and password for the parent portal account – a website to view grades, schedules, and pay fees/lunch money.
  • Small Checkbox  Provide updated State Health Requirements to the school nurse

Small Checkbox Step 2 – Pay Fees

  • Small Checkbox Once the registration application has been approved and posted, the appropriate fees will then be applied
  • Small Checkbox Log in through the Parent Portal to pay your 17-18 fees
  • Small Checkbox Under the Payments section, filter your year to 17-18 and pay the textbook fee and optional fees for 2017-18.
  •  Small Checkbox There is a $10 discount off of the Textbook Fee only for those who complete the online registration by March 31st!

Small Checkbox Step 3 – Celebrate!

  • Small Checkbox You are done with registration!
  • Small Checkbox Sit back, relax, and enjoy thinking about all of the things you’ll do the rest of the summer instead of registering your kids!

Existing Students

  • You have students already attending Pella Community Schools
  • You want to register all of your children at once for next year
  • You have a Parent Portal login
    • If you have existing students enrolled, but you don’t have a Parent Portal account, contact our District Registrar to set one up!
    • Registering through the Parent Portal will save you from entering all of your information in again!

Small Checkbox  Step 1 – Registration Process

  • Small Checkbox  Log in through the Parent Portal and find the button that says, “Online Registration.”
  • Small Checkbox  Complete the online registration form
    • Small Checkbox  Verify household, parent, and emergency contact information
    • Small Checkbox  Confirm existing student enrollments for 2017-18
    • Small Checkbox  Add additional students to be enrolled for 2017-18 (example: preschoolers)
    • Small Checkbox  Provide updated State Health Requirements to the school nurse
