I grew up in Holland, Iowa and attended the Grundy Center Community Schools. I then attended Iowa State University where I majored in Elementary Education. I hold endorsements in K-6 English/Language Arts, Social Studies, and Reading. After graduating, I taught various grades for 5 years at East Marshall Middle School. My family and I live in Lynnville where my husband grew up.
My husband, Jason, and I have two children, Timber and Ridge. We enjoy camping, fishing, hunting and kayaking as a family.
