I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1988 after which I taught in the Chicago area for 6 years, the Waterloo area for 9 years, then came to Pella High School in 2003. My wife Deborah teaches First Grade at Madison Elementary. We have two grown children; Ben (class of 2010) and Brooke (class of 2011). I enjoy coaching, golfing, officiating, and spending time with family and friends.
