I am a Husband to Angie Beckel and Father to Jack and Hank Beckel. My pathway through education began at Iowa Central Community College, then The University of Iowa (GO HAWKS!!) and most recently Drake University. My teaching background is in science education, and I have served as a school administrator in the roles of School Improvement Leader, Vice Principal, and now Principal. I love the work I do, and strive to leave a positive, lasting imprint on the lives of the students and adults I work with.
