The Aquagirls faced 3rd ranked Ankeny last night in a tough meet.  They dropped both JV and Varsity but swam tough and used the fast competition to get better.  Senior Lindsey Blommers won the 100 breaststroke and is now an automatic state qualifier!  Congrats to her.

Great Job to the Cross Country athletes on running in such adverse conditions last night! Varsity girls won with a tie breaker, Varsity boys were 3rd overall. JV girls were 4th and JV boys were 2nd. Drew Van Hauen got 9th place, Caroline McMartin 5th place, Nick singer got 7th in the JV Race and Abigail Cutler won the JV race.
