Reminders:

• The boys Knights of Columbus free throw competition will be today during 10th period in the gym. Check in with your study hall teacher first and then head on down to the gym.
• Did you know Americans are expected to spend about $14.1 billion in total on Super Bowl this year, for food, decorations and team apparel, with each person spending an average of $75?!?!?! Please ask your parents to allow you to spend some of that money on donations for the Pella Food Shelf and bring them in for our SOUPER BOWL OF CARING.
• Congratulations to the following students for placing at the Knights of Columbus Spelling Bee Competition:  1st Place – Abigail Beal, 2nd Place – Jasmine Namminga, 3rd Place – Josephine McDonald.  Top two finishers advance to the regional spelling bee held in Pella on February 18.
• We will be doing Iowa Assessments on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday next week.
• The Pella Middle School Student Council and Building Leadership Team present to you Cabin Fever Week!  Let’s break up the last week of January and eliminate our Cabin Fever!  Monday (testing)​:​  Don’t sweat Iowa Assessments ​- ​wear your favorite sweatpants and sweatshirt!
