Another $100 was raised through our Hats On Day last Friday, for a total of $336 for the American Childhood Cancer Organization! A big THANK YOU to students and staff who participated in this fundraiser for children and their families who are battling cancer!
Congrats to our Special Olympic bowlers! Caden VerHoef and Mallory Pfalzgraf both got first place in their divisions and Kaelie DeHeer got second place. Great job by all!
Reminders:
-Student council will meet today during 10th period in the cafeteria.
-Picture retakes will be Tuesday, November 8 from 12:30-1:30. Please bring your original pictures and hand them directly to the photographer. Order forms are available in the office if you did not order the first picture day.
-There will be a wrestling meeting this 10th period this Thursday in the fishbowl. Please see Mr. Atwell if you have any questions.
-There will be an informational cheerleading meeting on Tuesday, November 1st @ 3:30-3:45 in the cafeteria. If you are unable to make it, please see Ms. Sheets before hand. Practice will start Monday, November 7th.
-Today, we will be participating in National Mix It Up at Lunch Day. This is a national movement to encourage students to cross cultural and social boundaries and Mix It Up! by sitting with students you may not know or know well. Please plan to sit at a table labeled with your birth month. Get to know your new neighbors for the day, talk about your hobbies, your families, or what you like to do when you aren’t at school, but most importantly, have fun!!
